We are committed to ensuring the products you purchase from us are picked and packed with the utmost care. However, there may be a time when there is a need for a refund or a replacement.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or you have received an incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the item via email: hello@BeeautifulGifts.co.uk.
Please include a photograph of the damaged/incorrect item(s) for our reference.
Once your request has been logged, we will contact you to advise you of the next steps. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with the appropriate instructions.
We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost. Alternatively, if preferred, we will issue you a refund.
When returning an item to us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.
Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.
If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made, you can return the item to us within 14 days.
Please get in touch so we can provide you with details of how to send the item back to us and issue you with a Returns Note and Returns Reference Number.
The item(s) will need to be returned to us unused and in their original condition. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or to return the goods to you.
Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be unsuitable for resale.
On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you. Please note that the cost of carriage (in either direction) will not be refunded in this case.
Please note: Goods will only be accepted for return if they are received by us within 14 days of the original delivery date, unless we have notified you otherwise.
